This form will allow you to request a photocopy of magazine/periodical articles that your local branch library or the John F. Germany Public Library does not own. Required fields appear in blue.

Please be sure that you have read and understood the associated Interlibrary Loan Policy for the Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative.

A library card issued from the Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative is REQUIRED to complete this form. Non-Hillsborough County residents, including registered reciprocal borrowers, must request Interlibrary Loan services from their local library.

  • Not all requests can be fulfilled
  • Submission is not a guarantee that the item will be acquired
  • Only one request may be submitted per form
  • The library will accept up to five (5) requests per library card
